STRATEGIC SALES DIRECTOR – Sales/ Sales Technical/ Marketing/ Construction/ Trading

Responsibilities:

  • Building a strong portfolio of clients of Hospitals, University, Public Sectors and Industrial Clusters, and Property owners.
  • Being The Market Influencer with strong contacts with top management, Business and Property owners, Developers, and Government officials.
  • Setting up networks with major business groups and membership organisations.
  • Build and Manage a team of sales professionals and develop strategy for market segmentation
  • Providing regular sales and sales operation reports to the CEO
  • Actively promote the company brand and providing the in-country interface for RFIs from clients

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economic/ Business Administration or related.
  • At least 08 years of proven track record in business development or sales to Hospitality/ F&B/ Hospital and University/ School and Public sectors/ International company.
  • Have working experiences in breaking down sectors, finding your route to the top decision maker and achieving that sale, Renewal Energy, Capital Equipment, Project or Services Sales.
  • A very strong network and connection with Business owners and Government officials
  • Keen to work in renewable energy and dedication to the project.
  • Local to Vietnam and able to travel extensively.
  • Be an organized, self-starter who is comfortable cold calling/cold visiting.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Natural ability to create an offer to the client.
  • Natural ability to read a client and understand their needs.
  • A track record of selling to decision makers.
  • Want to join a very good team and help build the no. 1 player in South East Asia.
  • The culture is hard working, disciplined, focused.
  • Good Time Management, leadership, negotiable and communication skills
  • Good English skills.
