Responsibilities:
- Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for diverse positions.
- Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
- Stay on top of managing job advertisements on company’s website and internal referral program.
- Initiate and implement Employer Branding program.
- Be an active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside.
- Update, analyze data & report recruitment status.
- Contribute initiatives to improve recruitment process & talent pool.
- Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program
- Design, implement and support for Employer Branding Strategy
- Coordinate any events organized by HR Department.
- Share teamwork and other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree in HR/ Business Administration/ Economics or related
- At least 03 years of working experiences in recruiting/ Global Company
- Have knowledge about personnel management/ Labor law, insurance/ C&B, trade union, tax (preferred);
- Good interpersonal, Data analysis, problem solving, logical thinking, communication & negotiation skills.
- Be able to work under great pressure with multi-task & rush deadlines
- Be well-organized and accurate in work.
- Good English skills
- Good in Ms Office: word, excel, outlook, internet….
- Salary: Negotiable
