Sr TALENT ACQUISITION – Advertising/ Promotion/ Media/ PR

Responsibilities:

  • Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for diverse positions.
  • Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
  • Stay on top of managing job advertisements on company’s website and internal referral program.
  • Initiate and implement Employer Branding program.
  • Be an active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside.
  • Update, analyze data & report recruitment status.
  • Contribute initiatives to improve recruitment process & talent pool.
  • Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program
  • Design, implement and support for Employer Branding Strategy
  • Coordinate any events organized by HR Department.
  • Share teamwork and other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR/ Business Administration/ Economics or related
  • At least 03 years of working experiences in recruiting/ Global Company
  • Have knowledge about personnel management/ Labor law, insurance/ C&B, trade union, tax (preferred);
  • Good interpersonal, Data analysis, problem solving, logical thinking, communication & negotiation skills.
  • Be able to work under great pressure with multi-task & rush deadlines
  • Be well-organized and accurate in work.
  • Good English skills
  • Good in Ms Office: word, excel, outlook, internet….
  • Salary: Negotiable
