Sr DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MANAGER /DIRECTOR – Advertising/ Promotion/ Pr/ Media


  • Account Management :
  • Develops, manages, and monitors media deliverables for of the assigned accounts
  • Oversees process development and execution management
  • Assures quality control of all media planning and implementation
  • Enforces best practices in the realms of media, data and process
  • Attend to client meetings as needed, interface as needed with executive level and middle management level on client side during meetings and presentations
  • Performance Media and Data Discipline :
  • Implements participation planning process for assigned accounts and holistic media planning across all digital disciplines paid search, display, social, mobile, video, and affiliates.
  • Coordinates efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities
  • Leads in building and evolving the Performance media practice, vision, and areas of expertise
  • Ability to plan and consult for clients data-specific solutions – dashboards, DMPs, marketing technology, etc.
  • Lead data consulting efforts for clients as needed.
  • Team Leadership & Development :

  • Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients’ performance and business objectives

  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members
  • Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports
  • Provide training in cross media planning to their directs reports and teams
  • Process Improvement :
  • Facilitates the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group


  • University degree
  • At Least 07 years working experience in media and digital fields, a multinational advertising agency, in client service department (Preferable)
  • Maturity to deal with complex situations and briefs.
  • Understands holistically digital as a discipline and can act as a consultant to internal teams and clients.
  • Extensive knowledge about digital media, the media landscape and the industry landscape. Has seen it all in terms of digital and media – from planning, execution, optimization, reporting.
  • Working understanding of marketing technology, data analytics, DMP and programmatic buying and other relevant platforms and how these relates to agency revenue and client business needs.
  • Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
  • Confident presenter and public speaker.
  • A wide interest in the intersection between technology, media consumption behavior and client needs.
  • Very strong analytical skills & ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
