SALES MANAGER – Manufacturing/ Trading/ Services/ Oil/ Gas/ Marine


  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote  and sell company Product and services;
  • Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behaviour and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
  • Look for and manage leads from the market and customers, and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
  • Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
  • Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
  • Build and maintain a sufficient network at customers
  • Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up, and to get a hit‐rate
  • Use the tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
  • Work proactive and structured with the sales in order to optimize the sales efficiency competition and products.
  • Grow sales volume, market share and profitability for all  products portfolio in Vietnam market, across Energy industries.
  • Analyze and understand market insights, prepare and implement sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
  • Generate and manage leads from the market and convert them in business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline
  • Handle sales process till orders received
  • Be active in the market, making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, understanding customer needs and selling the products and services on values
  • Build and maintain customers and industries networks
  • Coordinate with central and regional business units, and other divisions to ensure synergy and optimize sales efficiency
  • Practice system and other sales tools to support sales process and make decisions


  • Bachelor degree in Marine/ Mechanical / Chemical / Process Engineering or related fields
  • At least 05 – 10 years working experiences in sales of marine equipment/ ship designing/ working onboard vessels/ multinational companysales/ technical sales/ Energy industries / multinational companin
  • Experiences in selling rotating equipment or capital equipment, or knowledgeable in industrial plants’ processes or engineering are the plus points
  • Experiences in commercial terms and conditions, and other trading practices.
  • Highly energetic, proactive, able to engage and influence, has initiatives to lead, capable to push for results, problem solving aptitudes
  • Able to approach and build up relationship with different levels from customers as well as internally in the organization
  • Ambitious to win new challenges and take more responsibilities when required
  • Willing to travel intensively across country to develop business
  • Good leadership, negotiation,problem solving, time management & communication skills
  • Good English skills
  • Good computer skills: Ms words, Excel, Power Point…..
  • Salary : Negotiable
