INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER – Can Tho – Sales/ Marketing/ Trading/ Services


  • Manage both Sales and Documentation Team and responsible for skillset development.
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating potential and existing customers’ position in the industry and analyzing sales options
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Sell products based on company’s direction and taking into consideration current stock in inventory.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Formulate pricing to provide timely and accurate quotations requested by clients.
  • Coordinate closely with other functions (e.g. Documentation, Planning and Production) to ensure end-to-end procedure (from customers’ orders to receiving of goods) is completed efficiently.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other tasks upon request


  • University Degree in Ecoomics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related
  • More than 05 years working experiences in seafood export industry, Multinational company
  • Detail oriented and high working speed, ability to meet deadlines
  • Good Problem solving, Thinking Analysis, Time Management skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities, Good at management, negotiable and presentation skills
  • Good English skills
  • Good computer skills: Ms words, Excel, Power Point….
  • Salary : Negotiable
