HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGER – Human Resourse/ Administration/Media/ Law/ Software


  • Responsible for activities related to organization, human resources management in whole company
  • Work closely with HQ to understand clear people and culture strategies that support company vision to become leading high impact enterprise in Vietnam
  • Ensure HR policies are in compliance to Vietnam’s legislations and regulations
  • Supporting the strategic planning process by identifying short and long-term talent objectives and executing against goals
  • Work closely with the executive team to advise on organizational design, execution of restructure plans, compliances, risk management issues and provide change management consultancy
  • Work with management teams to oversee workforce optimization programs to ensure innovation and standardization of best practices across all division
  • Identifying and providing recommendations on changes to be made within the organization to improve culture and business operations
  • Manage the completion of employee-related legal documents such as employment agreements, and handbook updates..
  • Working out the training plans, Contribute to the establishment of training budget, cost control.
  • Develop and implement learning management model that includes processes for training needs analysis.
  • Monitor the training spend to ensure training and development activities are delivered at optimal cost and at highest quality.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 08 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good working experience in regional MNCs, set up HR procedure, employee relation, Strategic thinker
  • Open minded, patient, creative, Convincing and presentation skills
  • Competency in multi-tasking is critical
  • Good leadership, time management, problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong speak and presentation in Vietnamese and English
  • Good computer skills
  • Salary: Negotiable
