HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – Human Resource/ Administration/ Trading/ Services/ Logistic/ Forwarding


  • Recruitment
  • Forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy
  • Develop resourcing strategy for the company
  • Monitor and implement full recruitment process such as job postings, vacancy ads, screening, initial contact, schedule and interview, job offers, onboarding, etc…)
  • Build up sources of resumes to enrich Candidate Database
  • Participate in Recruitment activities (Management Trainee, branding, job analysis, scholarship program, career day, job fair, etc.)
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Monitor any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
  • To be in charge of monitoring the payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments…)
  • Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis/ Ad-hoc review
  • Monitor and submit the yearly tax returns for company’s staff on a yearly basis
  • Annual remuneration surveys and company strategies/action plans based on market practices, benchmark results and business needs
  • Bonus/Incentive schemes management/ Yearly retention plan
  • Project management related to remuneration
  • Advice and support in remuneration related questions & matters
  • Contact point for internal audits
  • Employee Relations
  • Monitor the exit interview with employees
  • Foster a conductive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
  • Detect and monitor complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs.
  • Develop and optimize HR processes as the clear and simple guidelines to employees.
  • Training & Development
  • Responsible for managing training activities to develop and upgrade the skills and competencies of the Company’s human resources as per approved budget and training calendar
  • Build up career planning for critical positions in organization, identify skills gaps for improvement
  • Reporting
  • Deliver monthly HR report & data analytics based on request from different stake holders.
  • Accuracy & completeness of HR databases & reports.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience as a HR Manager/ Ass. HR Manager…
  • Good experience in multinational company about Trading, Services, logistics, forwarding….. .
  • Deeply Knowledge in HR, Training Development, Recruitment, C&B, PIT, Labor law, Administrative procedures…
  • Experience with HRIS and KPI set up are preferred.
  • Open minded, patient, creative, Convincing and presentation skills
  • Competency in multi-tasking is critical
  • Good leadership, time management, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good  English skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Salary: Negotiable.
