HRBP MANAGER – Human Resources/ Administrative/ Clerical


  • Ensure that there is a Job Description each position in the company.
  • Lead recruitment process, identifying the recruitment channel taking into consideration of cost efficiency, assist hiring manager identify the right fit candidate for the position.
  • Spearhead the induction program of new joiners ensuring a comprehensive induction is provided to the new joiner.
  • Oversee the onboarding cycle of new hires.
  • Maintain local’s HR policies, company’s regulations in accordance with Vietnamese labour law and group guidelines.
  • Manage monthly payroll & compulsory SI, HI, UI.
  • Coordinate and manage the performance management system.
  • Provide HR management information reports on a monthly basis.
  • Work with internal trainer to source external resources to support respective brands’ training development.
  • Monitor and track result of training progression to ensure objectives are met and goals are achieved.
  • Ensure periodical and timely evaluation of all training executed and effectiveness of training implemented.
  • Handle expat relocation process, in-country work permits, and temporary resident cards
  • Supervisor HR/admin Executive to ensure the workflow smoothly


  • University Degree in HR or related business
  • At least 06 years working experience in HR & Admin/ International Company
  • Excellent knowledge of Vietnam labour code and application within a complex working environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with a diverse team of HR professionals to deliver a high level of service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and ability to implement practical HR solutions to complex workforce issues.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting practices and data analysis.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
  • Compliance oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Personal integrity to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to be open, to learn and to take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to quickly adapt to changing conditions.
