ASSISTANT CEO – Logistic/ Forwarding/ Trading/ Customer Service


  • Receive General Direction from CEO and interacts with the BOD, senior management, employees, clients,suppliers…
  • Coordinate and prioritize the workflow and diary management of CEO as appropriate, screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests, and appointments.
  • Manage CEO extensive calendar, sorting and filtering requests for the CEO’s time while ensuring priorities are met in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate conference calls and meetings, including the logistical arrangements.
  • Perform special projects as directed by the CEO, including the review, research, summarization or analysis of information.
  • Produce, modifying and compile documents and presentations for internal and external use by CEO.

Requirements :

  • University degree in Business Administration/ Finance /Accounting or
  • At least  05 years working experience in a similar role within a multinational company, Korea Company
  • Good experiences in  assistant, operating, planning strategic, set up team & consulting for BOD
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to deal tactfully and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels
  • Organizational skills ,Customer service mindset.
  • High level of confidentiality, professional integrity, high sense of responsibility, honest, work pressure and ethics
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fluently English skills.
  • Work place : District 1, HCMC
  • Salary : Negotiable
